Backup and Deep Verify schedules configuration
Paint the grid day by day, stay within your plan's daily backup limit and see what it does to your RPO.
Every DR starts with a default schedule spread across the day. You change it when backups have to land at the right time for that customer, for example dense during working hours and sparse at the weekend.
Opening the grid
- Open the DR from the Disaster Recovery list.
- Scroll to the Latest Activities card and click Backup Schedules, top right in the card header.
- The modal opens on two tabs, Cloud Schedules and Local Schedules. On the Sefthy MINI plan there is a third one, DeepVerify Schedule.
Painting the slots
The grid has one row per day and one column per hour. Every lit cell is a backup, so you schedule the single day plus hour slot, not the hour across the whole week.
- Click a cell to turn it on or off.
- Hold and drag to paint several cells at once. The first cell decides whether you are adding or removing.
- Click an hour label, below the grid, to fill or clear that column on every day.
- Click a day label, on the left, to fill or clear the whole row.
- Click Confirm.

Apri il file direttamente →Red is the cloud backup, purple the local one, yellow the DeepVerify. Faded cells are the slots of the other tabs and stay visible on purpose, so you do not stack two jobs on the same hour.
The daily backup limit
At the end of each row a counter shows how many backups you put on that day and how many the plan allows. Go over it and the number and the day name turn red, a note lists the offending days below the grid, and Confirm stays off until you remove a few slots.

Default slots apply to every day of the week. The count is per destination, so cloud and local each have their own daily limit.
Local backup
The Local Schedules tab asks for the SMB share first. Fill in Server, Share, Directory, Username and Password and click Test and save configuration. The Console tries the connection from the protected device and saves only if the share answers.
On first setup the local schedule is created as a copy of the cloud one shifted back by one hour, rolling over the day where needed, so Monday 00:00 becomes Sunday 23:00. From then on the two grids are edited independently.
DeepVerify
DeepVerify reads back the data already uploaded and checks that the backup is not corrupted. The DeepVerify Schedule tab appears only on the Sefthy MINI plan and takes a single slot per week. On the other plans the Console does not expose this schedule.
What it does to your RPO
The RPO Max KPI, in the Latest Activities card, measures the longest gap between two backups across the whole week, not just inside a single day. One slot on Monday means an RPO of one week, even if that backup runs on time. Move the slots until the widest gap fits what the customer can afford to lose.
