Connector shop, purchase and shipping
Ordering Sefthy Connectors from the Console, paying, following the courier and finding the order again in the history.
You buy the Sefthy Connector from the Console, by card, and it ships to your customer site. The Shop page also keeps the order history and the state of the shipment under way.
Buying a connector
- Open Shop from the left menu.
- Pick the size among Single Unit, 5-Pack, 10-Pack and 20-Pack. The price above the card updates on its own and is always VAT excluded.
- Click Buy Now. The payment page opens.
- Fill in the card details, the delivery address and the phone number the courier will use to call ahead, then accept the terms.
- Confirm the payment. You land back in the Console and the order shows up in the history as paid.

As long as an order is paid and not yet delivered, at the top of the Shop page you get a box with a truck moving along a bar. Next to it you read the status and the Estimated delivery, and you get two buttons, Track shipment which opens the courier site and Order detail which opens the full record.
These are the statuses you will see.

| Handed to carrier | the courier has taken the shipment |
| In transit | the parcel is travelling |
| Out for delivery | the courier is out delivering it |
| Delivered | it arrived |
| Needs review | the courier flagged a problem, open the tracking to see what |
The status comes from the courier, so the Console updates it as their own updates come in.
Order history and invoice
At the bottom of the page the Order history table lists the paid orders with number, product, date, amount and shipping status. Click a row to open the Order detail.
Inside you find the Ordered, Preparing, Shipped and Delivered sequence with the point your parcel has reached, the summary with quantity and amount, the carrier, the tracking number, the estimated delivery and the delivery address you typed. The Invoice number appears here as soon as the document is issued.
When the connector arrives
The box holds the device, the MicroSD already loaded with SefthyOS, the USB-C power supply and the network cables. You plug in power and network and the device is ready for the Activation Token the Console generates in the DR wizard.
